The following Terms & Conditions are set out to be clear and, above all ensure you are happy with your purchasing experience. If at any point you have any queries about anything set out below, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Ethel & Po have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible. But we cannot guarantee that the colour represented on your screen is 100% accurate.
All our natural stone items will differ slightly in colour, size and shape as no two stones are the same.
Products are subject to availability. You will be notified if your chosen product is unavailable. We will inform you of unavailability by e-mail as soon as possible, and offer you some of the following options:
- A time frame for new stock
- A similar alternative item
- A full refund
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Within the UK, the prices are as outlined on our delivery page. For deliveries overseas, please contact us for more information on cost.
We know you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to make a return or if there is a problem with the order, giving us the details of the order and the Items you wish to return. We will then email you with an authorisation to return, including details of the return address.
A full refund will be made upon receipt of the returned goods and within 30 days of notification. Please ensure you get a proof of postage when returning any items.
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds are available on pierced earrings for health and hygiene reasons.
